Please note the following information on returns:

Return period

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that the time the goods spend in the post office is not included in this period. This means that you must ensure that the return is made on time, regardless of how long the goods are in the post office.

Conditions for the return

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition with no damage or signs of wear, including the dust bag supplied.

Proper packaging

Please pack the return carefully to ensure that the items are not damaged during transport. Do not use damaged packaging. Proper packaging is crucial to ensure a refund.

Returnlabel

For orders within Germany, a return label will be enclosed with the parcel. The return delivery is made via DHL. If the return label is not included with your parcel, you can request one from us. Please enclose the return form that you received with the delivery in the parcel.
